Summary:

In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise and deep understanding of healthcare data to drive strategic business decisions focused on performance enhancement and continuum of care insights. Utilizing complex datasets, you will be pivotal in developing and refining metrics and benchmarking methodologies that facilitate comparative performance assessments. You will execute custom analyses and encapsulate key findings into well-crafted deliverables, providing essential support for performance improvement and research initiatives to benefit providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce comprehensive reports and presentations that document key findings from analytical projects.
  • Utilize effective visualizations, including graphs and tables, to clearly communicate complex data and insights to stakeholders, enhance their understanding and support informed decision-making.
  • Develop and implement methods to validate data accuracy and completeness from various sources.
  • Create standardized processes for data verification and reconciliation to ensure reliability and trustworthiness of the data used in analysis.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and processes related to data collection, processing, and report generation.
  • Create and enhance innovative dashboards and performance metrics for clinical and ambulatory domains.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop new metrics, reports, and analyses.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint is required.
  • Proficiency in quantitative problem-solving & data analysis using healthcare data required.
  • Experience using large, disparate healthcare data sets to draw meaningful insights required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required; presentation experience preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare decision support and consulting preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAS, Python, and BI Tools is preferred.
  • Experience with report automation preferred.
  • Ability to complete tasks and deliverables under tight deadlines.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$68,500.00 - $99,400.00
