Job Description
The Enterprise Sales Director at Frontier Communications plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and overseeing a team of Senior/Enterprise Account Executives. They are responsible for developing sales strategies, fostering customer loyalty, and ensuring consistent execution by the sales team.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor Senior/Enterprise Account Executives to achieve sales targets
  • Manage talent development and foster teamwork
  • Drive revenue growth through Frontier's products and solutions
  • Coach the team to understand customer needs and propose relevant solutions
  • Build executive-level relationships with customers and prospects
  • Collaborate to enhance the sales organization
  • Demonstrate commitment to excellence and contribute innovative ideas
  • Partner with other sales resources for alignment and refinement
Required Qualifications
  • Proactive in adopting sales best practices and demonstrating process adherence
  • Strong business acumen and ability to formulate effective sales strategies
  • Skilled in creating compelling business cases and value propositions
  • Comfortable engaging with C-suite on financial metrics and calculations
  • Demonstrated market and industry knowledge, including recognizing trends
  • Effective in building customer loyalty
  • Excellent objection handling and contract negotiating abilities
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding goals and strong program management skills.
  • 10+ years of sales team management experience in telecommunications, IT, or managed services
  • Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred)
