This position is a grade 8 with a minimum of $33,019 and a midpoint of $36,700. Salary offer will be commensurate with the education/experience, in alignment with the College's compensation philosophy, and the current CBA, if applicable. | |

Job Summary: |
An employee in this classification performs work of routine difficulty performing grounds maintenance, landscaping and snow removal. Immediate supervision is given by the assigned manager. | |
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: |
1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. 5. Valid Illinois driver's license |

Essential Duties: |
1. Operate lawnmowers and various equipment used in landscaping, parking lot maintenance, and snow removal. |

Other Duties: |
1. Assist with pick up/drop off of donations for various college departments. 5. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department. |
