Job Description
POSITION SUMMARYAt U.S. Venture, the Treasury team has a large impact across the organization, and you will have the opportunity to build out Treasury infrastructure, influence workstreams, and adopt technology to help us stay efficient and grow at scale. As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will be tasked with developing and implementing innovative solutions for our growing organization. This role will also support the strategic initiatives of the One Finance Team with an individual focus on oversight of Treasury specific functions. Together we will focus on making transformational changes to how the organization operates, performs daily treasury operations, produces forecasts, manages bank structures, and conducts analytics through interdepartmental projects that will help us "Find a Better Way". This role will also be responsible for assisting the Treasury Manager, Treasurer and CFO with complex analysis as necessary. A successful candidate will have an attention to detail, the ability to balance competing priorities, and a growth mindset. Knowledge of Treasury systems, process flows, and control structure are critical skill sets needed to transform the treasury roadmap into reality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist the Treasury Manager, Treasurer, and CFO as necessary with the following:

    • Borrowing base forecasting, cash forecasting and debt scenario planning

    • Assist in the negotiations of financing and treasury management arrangements

    • Prepare analytics and documentation for bank meetings

    • Prepare interest rate and other banking/treasury management analytics

    • Assist with merger and acquisition due diligence, forecasting, and integration

  • Support corporate accounting, tax, internal audit and other functions as they relate to Treasury transactions and entity structures

  • Manage technology implementations or integrations for existing and new business units and ventures

  • Collaborate across the organization to improve data visualizations for analytics and insight

  • Lead the Company's involvement in all bank collateral audits

  • Assist with the execution of the department's strategic plan

  • Facilitate meetings and projects that drive business automation and process standardization

  • Support development and execution of internal controls related to Treasury

  • Research and recommend new products and services for internal and external customers

  • Actively participate in FABW (Finding a Better Way)

  • Support corporate efforts for safety and government compliance

  • Support and follow all corporate policies and procedures

  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of finance, accounting, or treasury experience
  • Ability to quickly understand complex transactions
  • Knowledge of the banking industry and technical knowledge of bank products and foreign exchange
  • Must be well-organized and detail oriented and demonstrate effective planning and priority setting
  • Proven project management acumen through interdepartmental or enterprise-wide transformation
  • Demonstrates effective decision making in a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data science and digital automation
