Set-Up Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform set-ups and changeovers on molds and auxiliary equipment
- Ensure 5S goals are maintained
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Keep Production Team Leaders informed of problems that may impact schedule completion or overall cost of production schedule
- Work with Production Team Leaders to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects
- Participate in daily schedule change decisions and provide necessary support
- Perform barrel changes as part of the set-up process
- Perform material handling functions
- Maintain documentation systems related to mold set-up, changeover and start up

Requirements for Set-Up Technician:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and company ERP system (IQMS)
- Basic understanding of molding equipment and tooling
- Able to maintain fork truck license
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Basic math and reading skills
- Able to work overtime as needed
