Position Title: HR Representative

Wage: Based on Experience

A HR Representative job in Germantown, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 3+ years of Human Resources experience and/or training. Experience within a manufacturing environment and an understanding of recruiting is preferred. In this position, you will assist with full-cycle recruitment of production positions and new hire orientations. This position will also assist with employee relations, manage contract staffing, act as a resource for employee questions and concerns, assist with safety, and maintain training records.

HR Representative job responsibilities include:
- Perform full-cycle recruitment of production positions
- Conduct new hire orientations
- Manage contract labor staffing in accordance with temporary hiring needs
- Assist with employee relations activities
- Assist with employee questions and concerns
- Maintain training and safety records

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of HRIS and ATS systems
- Recruiting experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
