MARS Solutions Group is recruiting for experienced Warehousing Associates to join our valued client in the Milwaukee Area. These are excellent temp-perm growth opportunities with a national company! Must have a solid work history and attendance!

Full Time 1st Shift - Monday-Friday

6:00 am - 2:30 pm - Occasional Saturday work paid as OT!

Pay: $22.97 per hour to start!

Temp to Perm role!

Will perform a variety of warehousing tasks such as transporting and storing MTE items or materials, manually loading/unloading freight cars and trucks, unpacking, or placing items in proper staging or storage locations, and moving materials/products via hand truck or cart.

Essential Functions:

• Receive and store incoming materials and outgoing materials in the appropriate area of the warehouse.
• Assist in unloading and staging MTE receipts/shipments for inspection.
• Sort, band, and stretch wraps USPS MTE for storage or shipment.
• Stage outgoing shipments.
• Assist in the loading of product shipment.
• Responsible for conforming to all safe work practices and procedures.

Physical and Mental Demands

• Frequent bending, standing, walking, sitting.
• Ability to lift to 20 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a clear and concise manner with senior level staff and customers.
• Follow established guidelines in performing day-to-day routine tasks as outlined in the SOW.
• Use of appropriate PPE i.e. hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, steel toe shoes.
